  • Some people are enrolled automatically.
  • If you are not enrolled automatically, sign up through Social Security.
  • After you enroll, you will receive your Medicare Number and Medicare card
    (You need Part A and Part B before you can join a Medicare Advantage Plan)

• Includes Part A + Part B
• You can add a separate Part D drug plan
• You can also buy Medigap to help with out-of-pocket costs

• Most plans include drug coverage (Part D)

聯邦紅藍卡是一項針對以下對象的保險計畫：

  • 年滿 65 歲的人士
  • 特定較年輕的殘障人士
  • 末期腎病變患者

您可以在「初始投保期」或「年度投保期」內辦理投保：

  • 初始投保期：自您年滿 65 歲生日之前 3 個月開始，至之後 3 個月結束（共計 7 個月）。
  • 年度投保期間：每年 10 月 15 日至 12 月 7 日。您可在每年此期間內新增、變更或取消您的保險方案。
